BIG EATERS UNITE !!

BIG EATERS UNITE

For those of you who watch what you eat, here's the final word on nutrition and health. It's a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting medical studies:

1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans, Australians, British, or Canadians.

2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and also suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans, Australians, British, or Canadians.

3. The Japanese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans, Australians, British, or Canadians.

4. The Italians drink large amounts of red wine and also suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans, Australians, British, or Canadians.

5. The Germans drink a lot of beer and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans, Australians, British, or Canadians.

6. Ukrainians drink a lot of vodka, eat a lot of perogies, cabbage rolls and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans, Australians, British, or Canadians.

CONCLUSION: Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

CONDOLENCES

With Deepest Sympathy to the families of the following

SYMPATHY MESSAGES

My family live in Bulawayo and Harare. Vince and Delena Heaney at Hillside in Bulawayo, Kevin and Wendy Heaney of Dan Judson in Harare. Any people who are friends of theirs might know the Walkington Family.

They have just suffered a sad loss in the passing on of Frank Snr. He was my wife's Ex Father In Law, and Mentor to her son Frankie. We are lucky to have such an extended family, and it is hard for most people to understand our loving caring family.
Frank Snr. Loved life and those connected with us all with constant care and attention. He was a pal to me for twenty four years and I would like you please put these details, or even this email, in the Morning Mirror for all those who may wish to pass on a few kind words to Joan, his wife in Salt burn on the Sea, here in England.
Frank Walkington Snr. Of 72 Matopos Road Bulawayo worked for the British Metal Corporation many years and was chairman of the Bulawayo Golf Club for a long time.
Frank was a kind man full of fun and a keen Golfer. Frank was lucky enough to continue to play Golf, the love of his life, until four weeks before he died of an Aneurysm close to the spine last week in the middle of November. Remembered by all who knew him as a Gentleman he was an inspiration to us all. He was in good cheer but a lot of pain towards the end, and passed on peacefully in his sleep in hospital aged 84.
He will be sadly missed by us all.
Joan's address and telephone number are,
