Improving The Quality of Life
Everyone wants more happiness and love. When we are full of joy and peace, we are confident about taking on the many challenges of life. However, when stress accumulates, it affects our work, our relationships, our peace of mind and our health. Often we lose our enthusiasm for life and our ability to smile from the heart .
Most people store stress in the body and mind and settle for limited happiness and health. The Art of Living course offers practical ways to release stress from the body and calm the mind.
The Importance of Breath
We are breathing every second of our lives, but really take the time to consider the importance of the breath. There is a strong inter relationship between the breath and the emotional and the physical state. Every breath in nourishes and energizes the body, every breath out cleanses and calms the body. How we breathe is extremely important in determining how mind, body and emotion interact to create health.
